01Who we are and what this covers

Motion Studio is made by Kilany Studio, Cairo, Egypt (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the Motion Studio panel for Adobe After Effects, its installer and updates, the website motionstudio.kilanystudio.com, your Kilany Studio account on it, and your licence key.

By installing Motion Studio, activating a key or buying one, you agree to these terms. If you buy for a company, you confirm you can accept them for it.

02Your licence

When your payment is confirmed you get a licence key. It lets you use Motion Studio on the number of computers you bought, for your own work and your clients’ work.

• No end date. A paid key works for as long as Motion Studio for After Effects exists, with every update to it included. Keys given for a trial or for a set time (a week, a month, a year) end on the date shown in the panel and in your email.
• Per computer. The key is linked to each computer you activate. Changed computers? Ask us and we move it. Need more computers? We add them to the same key.
• Yours to use, not to pass on. You may not share, sell, rent or publish your key, or use one key on more computers than it covers.

Motion Studio stays the property of Kilany Studio; the licence gives you the right to use it, not ownership of the software.

03What you need, and what Claude is

Motion Studio works with Adobe After Effects (2022 or newer) and Claude, made by Anthropic, through your own Claude Code and your own Claude plan. Adobe, Anthropic and their services are not part of what you buy from us: their own terms and prices apply, and you keep your own accounts with them. Motion Studio is not affiliated with Adobe or Anthropic.

Claude can make mistakes. Claude changes only the project you protect in the panel, and every change can be undone, but you are responsible for reviewing the result before you deliver it. Keep backups of important projects.

04Fair use

Please don’t:

• copy, change, decompile or reverse-engineer Motion Studio, or try to get around its licence check or protection;
• use Motion Studio to break the law or other people’s rights, including the copyright of videos you use as references;
• overload or attack our servers, or use someone else’s key or account.

If a key is used against these terms (for example, shared publicly or tried on many computers), we may stop it. We tell you first by email or WhatsApp when we can, and we restore it if it was a mistake.

05Buying and paying

• Prices are shown on the checkout page before you pay, in Egyptian pounds or US dollars, for the number of computers you choose. The price you see when you order is the price you pay.
• Ways to pay: InstaPay, Vodafone Cash (Egypt), or USDT on the Tron network through RedotPay or any wallet. Fees your bank or wallet charge for sending are paid by the sender.
• Your key is issued once the payment is confirmed: we check InstaPay and Vodafone Cash transfers by hand, usually within minutes in working hours; USDT transfers are read on the network and the key is issued automatically.
• Send the exact amount. For USDT the amount includes a few cents that identify your order. A different amount may delay your order until we match it by hand.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the payment can’t be found, is reversed, or looks fraudulent. If money arrived for an order we cancel, we return it.

06Updates and changes

Updates are free for your key. The panel offers each one and installs it with one click; every update is signed by us so only real Motion Studio updates are accepted. We may add, change or remove features over time. Future products, such as panels for other Adobe apps, may be sold separately.

07Your work and your data

Your projects, footage and results are yours. We don’t receive your After Effects projects: Claude reads them through your own Claude Code, under your Claude plan. How we handle the data we do keep (your account, orders and licence) is explained in the Privacy page.

08Our responsibility

We work hard to make Motion Studio reliable and we support it on WhatsApp. Still, it is provided “as is”: we can’t promise it will be free of errors or suit every project, and results depend on Claude and After Effects, which we don’t control.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost work or missed deadlines, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the key concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

09Ending

You can stop using Motion Studio at any time and remove it with Uninstall Motion Studio. We may end a licence that breaks these terms, as described in section 4.

10Changes to these terms, and the law

If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top, and tell you by email when the change matters to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo decide disputes we can’t settle together first. We always try to settle things by talking first.
