01When you get your money back

• Changed your mind? Within 7 days of buying, if you haven’t activated the key on any computer, you get a full refund. No questions.
• It can’t work on your computer? If your computer meets the requirements (After Effects 2022 or newer, a paid Claude plan) and Motion Studio still can’t work on it, tell us within 7 days of buying. We try to fix it with you; if we can’t within 7 days of your message, you get a full refund.
• Paid twice, or paid the wrong amount? We return the extra, or the whole payment if we can’t match it to an order.
• We cancelled your order? If money arrived for an order we cancel, we return all of it.

02When we can’t refund

Motion Studio is digital and starts working the moment it’s activated, so once a key is activated and working we can’t refund it, except as described above. Extra computers added to a key follow the same rule. Results that depend on Claude or After Effects, which we don’t control, are not a reason for a refund on their own, but tell us: we usually can help.

Free keys and trial keys cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

03How to ask

Write to hello@kilanystudio.com or WhatsApp +20 109 098 0762 with your order number (for example MS-0005, it’s in your email and in Your orders and keys) and a few words about why. You get an answer within one working day.

04How the money comes back

• InstaPay or Vodafone Cash: to the same account or number you paid from, within 7 working days of the approved refund.
• USDT: in USDT, to the Tron address you give us, for the amount of USDT you sent.
• Fees your bank, wallet or the network charge for sending are not refundable, because we never receive them.
• A refunded key stops working, on every computer it was activated on.

05Your rights by law

This policy adds to the rights you have under Egyptian consumer law; it doesn’t take any away.
